About the Opportunity

We're currently looking for an experienced finance professional to support the management of our owned assets and employee office network. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the business understand the financial performance of its owned assets through high-quality accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare property-focused month-end, year-end, and balance sheet reconciliations, review performance vs. budget, and generate insightful analysis
  • Collaborate with external partners to review current-year Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, update forecasts, provide variance analysis, and facilitate internal reviews with key stakeholders
  • Support annual budget preparation, including NRI, Depreciation, Overhead, and Disposal assumptions, and prepare and review forecasts with insightful analysis and commentary
  • Administer overhead costs, including accruals, recharges, variance analysis, and reporting
About You

We're looking for a commercial thinker with strong business planning and analytical skills, able to partner with individuals at all levels across the business. You'll have excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to business decision support, and:

  • CA/CPA qualified or studying with an Undergraduate/Masters Degree in Accounting or similar
  • Experience in preparing, developing, and analysing key financial information
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Intermediate Excel skills, Google Sheets experience, and SAP knowledge preferred

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including flexible work hours, team member discounts, access to a digital platform for working parents, and more.
