The Opportunity

We are seeking an analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our Office Property Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting. You will partner with the Asset Management team to drive investment decisions and deliver strategic plans for the Office portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform stakeholder decision-making
  • Develop and maintain complex cash flow models to analyze key investment metrics
  • Establish strong stakeholder engagement across teams and external partners
  • Evaluate the impact of large capital projects on financial returns and support strategic planning
  • Analyze material lease deals and provide recommendations to the Investment Management team

About You

To succeed in this role, you must be a dynamic finance professional with a highly analytical mindset and experience in real estate or property valuation. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in Yardi, Forecast Manager, and TM1 is highly advantageous.

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
