About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Analyst/Junior Asset Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned firm in the real estate industry and develop your skills in investment analysis and asset management.

As a key member of our team, you will support the Senior Analyst in various aspects of financial, property, and corporate analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with financial modeling, accounting reporting, and banking-related tasks
  • Investment analysis, compliance, and capital markets research
  • Attending site inspections with directors and contributing to strategic decision-making
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or property; strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and strong written and verbal communication skills
