As a Strategic Portfolio Finance Lead at Mirvac, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team as a Strategic Portfolio Finance Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term analytics for a dedicated portfolio of properties;
  • Collaborating with accounting, property, and asset management teams to provide financial insights and support informed decision-making;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
  • Participating in process improvements, reporting enhancements, data optimization, and business change management projects to achieve best business outcomes;
  • Supporting valuations, acquisitions, and divestments by providing financial expertise and analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, property, finance, or a related discipline;
  • A Post-Graduate qualification (CPA/CA/CFA preferred);
  • Prior experience working within a similar environment with demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial metrics and results for various stakeholders;
  • Strong Excel skills, prior experience utilizing Cougar/MRI SP/Anaplan a distinct advantage;
  • Knowledge of property markets (BTR) with a sound understanding of valuation drivers.
