IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to provide timely and effective resolution to our staff and contractors.

This is a full-time position involving work across multiple sites with occasional travel required.

About the Role

The primary focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service, resolving IT issues promptly with minimal business impact.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience resolving help desk support incidents and delivering outstanding service. A passion for investigation and resolution, along with a willingness to learn and develop others, is essential.

Requirements

- Experience resolving help desk support incidents

- Proven knowledge in Active Directory, Service Now, video conferencing, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Windows and Office 365 Applications is highly desirable
