Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and emails related to new products, changes, complaints or cancellations
- Helping customers work through their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Providing accurate information and quotations
- Accurately transacting on the customer's account using our systems
Requirements:
- Experience in a Customer Service, Sales and/or Retention environment
- Great listening skills, ability to build connections and manage customer expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A high-quality approach to work
- Flexibility, self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable learning new technology and systems
