Job Description:

This role is centered around delivering top-notch support services to internal staff members. The selected candidate will work closely with our team, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing assistance as needed.

In the future, this position will evolve to encompass hybrid aspects of Service Desk and Desktop Support, providing exposure to complex Network and Systems troubleshooting scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extensive Service Desk experience
  • Develop and maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit outstanding customer-service skills
  • Utilize expertise in Active Directory, O365, TeamViewer, and SCCM
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Obtain NPC/WWCC or demonstrate willingness to do so
