About the Role:

Silverfort is a pioneering cybersecurity startup that has revolutionized identity protection with its cutting-edge platform. As a Channel Account Manager - ANZ, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with existing partners to achieve shared business objectives, including revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Provide sales and technical support aligned with the partner program, ensuring seamless integration and growth.
  • Create a dedicated marketing strategy for joint activities, fostering ongoing engagement between Silverfort and partners.
  • Identify and recruit new partners in the designated area, prioritizing quality partnerships over quantity and ensuring alignment with Silverfort's profile.
  • Maintain regular communication with the local Silverfort team, establishing daily contact for active collaboration between teams.
  • Drive existing partners in alignment with agreed business plans to achieve joint goals, including sales and technical enablement.
  • Create and maintain a dedicated marketing plan of activities, driving engagement between both organizations.
  • Identify and recruit more partners in the territory, focusing on quality over quantity and ensuring partner profiles match Silverfort's.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, and/or implementation for channels.
  • Knowledge of or experience working with insurance industry partners.
  • Significant hands-on experience and a strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, with strong presentation skills and a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Must demonstrate both personal integrity and the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined plan.
  • A hunter mentality in building out a successful channel, leveraging existing networks of channel partners.
