Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a strategic channel development plan that aligns with our business objectives. This will involve collaborating closely with our existing partners to meet shared business goals, identifying and recruiting new partners, and maintaining regular communication with our local team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with existing partners to achieve revenue and pipeline targets
* Provide sales and technical support aligned with our partner program
* Create a dedicated marketing strategy for joint activities
* Foster ongoing engagement between our organization and partners
* Identify and recruit new partners in the designated area
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, and/or implementation for channels
* Knowledge of or experience with working with the insurance industry partners
* Significant hands-on experience and demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry
* Proven strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
* Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams
* Strong business planning skills and proven ability to execute and deliver a defined plan
