Senior Centre Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned centre management professional to lead our retail property management business and oversee the successful operation of two large format centres.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage a team consisting of facilities management, marketing, and administration personnel to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    2. Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirements.
    3. Prepare detailed cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance.
    4. Conduct regular site visits and provide timely updates to clients on centre performance.

The ideal candidate will possess previous centre management experience within a retail environment, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven centre management experience within a retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
