Key Responsibilities- Guide and mentor a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Oversee national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services to drive operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain HSE systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance to minimize risks
- Lead procurement activities and manage vendor relationships to drive performance and value
- Act as the escalation point for tenant and client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to clients and leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
