Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned retail portfolio manager to oversee the efficient and cost-effective management of our shopping centres.

This role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

The Senior Centre Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing centre operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will lead an onsite team consisting of Facilities Management, Marketing and Administration, and develop strategies to enhance centre performance and drive business growth.

  • Delivering efficient and cost-effective management of the centres
  • Positioning and protecting the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the area
  • Ensuring tenancy and lease management, including compliance matters and reviews
  • Leading an onsite team consisting of Facilities Management, Marketing and Administration
  • Managing policies and procedures in line with owner objectives and occupier requirements
  • Preparing cash flow budgets and conducting weekly site visits
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous Centre Management experience within a retail environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Dynamic approach with adaptability and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations
  • A driver's licence/car and Real Estate Licence are required for this role
