Senior Centre Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Centre Manager to lead our retail portfolio of shopping centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise centre management efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Position and protect the investment performance of property assets relative to competitive properties within the area.
  • Ensure tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with relevant lease provisions.
  • Lead an onsite team consisting of Facilities Management, Marketing and Administration professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements.
  • Prepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous centre management experience within a retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dynamic approach and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Advanced communication skills and a proactive professional approach.
  • A valid driver's licence and Real Estate Licence are required for this role.
