About the Role:
The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing accurate and tailored information to guests about the facilities at Park Hyatt Melbourne, Melbourne city, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Concierge Desk on a day-to-day basis.
- To be fully conversant with all services, facilities, and functions within the hotel.
- To build relationships with regular guests, long-stay guests, and VIP guests.
- To handle guest enquiries and requests and to have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Melbourne city, entertainment, attractions, activities, dining, and its surrounding areas.
- To assist with Concierge's administration functions.
