Centre Operations Manager

A centre leader is required to oversee daily operations, manage staff and effectively communicate with families and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee centre activities, including staff management and communication.
- Partner with the Assistant Centre Manager and Head of Curriculum to provide high-quality care and education.
- Ensure a smooth and safe child experience while fostering a positive culture.
- Relevant degree or diploma in early childhood education and care.
- Minimum 2 years' centre management experience.
- Strong background in driving change and leading new services.
- In-depth knowledge of children's services regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
