We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality early education and care to children.
About the RoleThis role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community. Your marketing skills will play a crucial role in increasing occupancy and promoting the centre's services.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification. Strong experience in a centre management role is essential. You must also hold a current Working with Children's Check. Proven track record in achieving targets and ensuring safety and compliance standards is a must.
