We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to drive operational excellence in our Terminal Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational storage and dispatch capacity to deliver superior customer value.

">Job Description

The General Manager - Operations will lead the development of both internal and external teams, driving operational excellence in line with our strategic growth ambitions.

  • Aligning operations with the organisational vision
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture
  • Leading innovation and operational excellence across our port warehousing network

To achieve success in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to build relationships across global teams and local 3PL partners, as well as demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking.

Additionally, experience within the Fertiliser industry, background of developing and managing 3PL relationships, proven record of managing P&L, and demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking would be highly desirable.
