About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to lead our safety and compliance operations across Victoria.

This is not just an operational role, it's about leading people through complexity and change. As Regional Manager, you'll drive the strategy behind our safety and compliance operations in Victoria, impacting how we keep heavy vehicle transport safe, efficient, and consistent across borders.

You'll set the tone for your team, build capability, and shape a culture of accountability, professionalism, and service. With a mix of hands-on oversight and high-level strategic input, you'll balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our operational delivery across Victoria
  • Coach and support Principal Safety & Compliance Officers
  • Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and strategic ops projects
  • Improve processes, drive innovation, and strengthen service delivery
  • Be a key player in national transport reform

About You

  • At least 10 years leading operational teams in complex environments
  • Strong communication, change leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and keeps people on track
  • A sharp eye for strategy, safety, and service excellence
