We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our team and drive operational excellence in homecare services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape service delivery, where care is personal and relationships truly matter.

You will oversee a dedicated team providing in-home support to clients across Melbourne's North and Northwest.

As the senior operational leader, you will build on a strong foundation to accelerate growth, performance, and innovation across all aspects of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences and outcomes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Driving growth in service hours, client retention, and team capacity
  • Overseeing intake, onboarding, client feedback and incident resolution processes
  • Managing commercial performance and operational excellence, including compliance, WHS, and quality standards
  • Engaging with external stakeholders to strengthen our connection with the community
  • Championing a culture of learning, safety, accountability, and joy
  • Identifying and executing initiatives to expand our clinical and complex service offerings
About You

You're a purpose-driven leader who thrives on building and empowering teams to do their best work.

Experience in community-based care services (NDIS or Aged Care), or health and human services, is essential.

A proven track record of driving operational performance and team development is also required.
