The role involves:

  • Safety management and risk mitigation
  • Driving production targets and achieving performance goals
  • Providing leadership and managing a diverse team
  • Managing environmental compliance and quality control
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and monitoring extraction, production, and inventory
  • Recognizing and driving plant and operational improvements
