  • Develop and implement strategies to drive cultural change, promoting a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor leaders at all levels, empowering them to adopt scientific thinking and build coaching skills.
  • Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual management tools to enhance process stability and efficiency.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating scientific thinking, kata, and daily problem-solving principles.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing management or engineering.
  • Proven track record in lean transformation and deep understanding of TPS, Toyota Kata, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Experience in coaching leaders through daily improvement routines.
