Job Description:

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will be responsible for conducting functional capacity evaluations and work site assessments to identify suitable duties plans for clients. You will also provide reports efficiently consistent with contractual requirements and establish positive working relationships with treating specialists, community groups, employers, customers, and government agencies.

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality care, managing shifting work priorities, and contributing to the overall performance of the team. A successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and energy.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
  • Full or provisional registration with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and energy
  • A current Australian driver's licence

Strong problem-solving skills and initiative are also highly valued in this role.
