About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in performance marketing, enjoys optimising campaigns for maximum ROI, and can translate data into meaningful insights.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own campaign performance end-to-end—from strategy and setup to optimisation, reporting, and recommendations. There's no client-engagement required in this role.

The role has potential for growth and could change to a permanent position when the opportunity presents itself.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign key performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks across all ad elements.
  • Provide clear and actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations.
