Role Overview: Based in Sydney, the Performance Marketing Manager will lead Selfie Leslie's performance marketing efforts, overseeing social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. This role will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies, while collaborating with creative and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

We are seeking a candidate with expertise in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across social media ads, SEO, and PPC channels.
• Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with brand voice and target audience.
• SEO Management: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance user experience.
• PPC Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
• A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and with merchandising teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep Selfie Leslie's strategies competitive.
• Copywriting:Compose and optimize copy for ad creative, website SEO and website content to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
• Ad Hoc:Other Ad Hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in the fashion space is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on social media ads, SEO, and PPC, preferably in eCommerce or fashion.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Triple Whale and other similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, link-building, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and their integration with marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, and leadership teams.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging ad content that resonates with a female audience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
