Drive Performance Marketing Success

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
You will play a key role in driving strategic and tactical initiatives across performance marketing channels, working closely with digital advertising platforms and internal teams to identify, prioritise and deliver innovations to our digital advertising program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-developing and managing comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates and app stores
- Supporting colleagues to drive product consideration and customer acquisition
- Measuring campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisation recommendations
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns, ability to manage large media budgets, proven experimentation and A/B testing skills, and proficiency with data and analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
