Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth and expansion across key accounts in the O&G and Mining verticals.
Your role will involve leveraging your network of CXO connections to understand business challenges and develop innovative solutions with measurable outcomes.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth and exceed annual targets.
- Leverage consultative selling skills to lead enterprise accounts through customer-centric decision-making processes.
- Cultivate relationships with top-tier executive clients to secure large, multi-year engagements.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify new business opportunities and pursue key leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion in process and/or mining industries.
- Deep understanding of functional and technical areas, including digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the region.
