Job Title

We're seeking a skilled Communications Officer to lead our social media strategy and deliver engaging content.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and drive online engagement. You'll be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies, reviewing and adding new content to our online Help Centre, and monitoring and responding to online reviews and customer comments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to engage with our audience.
  • Review and add new content to our online Help Centre and other relevant areas of the website.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, customer comments, and forums.
  • Communicate outages via social media platforms and liaise with the LiveChat team to respond to queries.
  • Contribute to internal communications by producing the company staff newsletter.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high level of literacy for creating written content and communications in a Plain English style.
  • The ability to think innovatively and challenge existing norms.
  • Previous experience in developing and executing organic social media strategies.
  • A good eye for detail.
  • Organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
