Content Marketing Specialist

This role focuses on creating engaging content for our social media channels, working closely with the Social Media Specialist and Content Marketing Manager. Your tasks will include administration, planning, reporting, content creation, posting, and community management.

About the Role
  • Support the Social Media Specialist in executing the social media calendar according to brand guidelines across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. This includes copywriting and content creation.
  • Upload content to social media, including weekend and out-of-hours work.
  • Manage community posts, replying to comments (shared with Customer Hub).
  • Analyze data and provide commentary on performance.
  • Sales-driven product/sample ordering for shoots and influencer send-outs.
  • Assist the editorial team with daily tasks, such as DAM management, CMS builds, and updates.
  • Foster a strong relationship with customer service teams and engage with customers daily.
  • Manage monthly invoicing in Coupa and budget tracking with support from the Content Marketing Manager.
Your Skills & Qualifications

You'll need a genuine passion for content marketing, a strong visual aesthetic, and high attention to detail to maintain a consistent and professional brand image across social platforms.

  • Able to adapt quickly to different situations and tasks, get hands-on, and actively engage in projects.
  • Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and resourcefulness in your work.
