We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive results
  • Monitor trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and optimize engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging content that captures attention and drives results
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) to enhance visual content
  • Understanding of analytics and performance metrics to measure success and optimize content
  • At least one year of experience in a social media role, preferably in an agency or retail setting
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency to maintain a cohesive online presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
