Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to play a key role in maximising engagement with our social media platforms, building strong online communities, and contributing to the strategic marketing objectives of our company.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. You will be responsible for creating engaging comedy content across multiple social media platforms, managing and implementing social media content calendars, and supporting the wider team to deliver marketing campaigns related to new titles, products, brands, channels, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create entertaining and informative content for social media platforms, including ideation, filming, video editing, graphic design, and editorial.
  • Develop and implement effective social media content strategies, ensuring consistency and quality of content.
  • Support the creation of marketing campaigns related to new titles, products, brands, channels, and events, working collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Engage with our audience to encourage positive sentiment and connection within our online communities.
  • Analyse and report on social media insights related to new titles, products, brands, channels, and events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a social media, marketing, or content production role.
  • Proficiency with editing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with the ability to identify trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling copy.
  • Able to work collaboratively or independently as required, with a focus on attention to detail and maintaining a consistent brand style and voice.
