Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of environmental management plans, monitoring environmental performance metrics, and conducting site inspections and audits. You will also prepare and submit compliance documentation to relevant authorities and advise on environmental policies, procedures, and legislative changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant qualification in environmental science, environmental management, or a related field. You will also need to have experience in environmental compliance within the energy and natural resources industry. Additionally, you will require strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices, proficiency in preparing reports and managing environmental data, excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
