Senior Estimator Role

Our organization is a leading residential and commercial modular construction firm with rapid growth. We are seeking an experienced estimator to join our estimating team, supporting the company's strong reputation for excellence in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require a skilled professional to prepare detailed cost estimates for modular home projects, including off-site manufacturing, transportation, and on-site installation.
  • The successful candidate will need to analyse architectural designs, engineering drawings, and modular construction specifications to produce accurate quantity take-offs and pricing.
  • A key aspect of this role is collaborating with design, production, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect modular construction methods and factory efficiencies.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to source and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for both factory-built modules and site works.
  • They will also be responsible for preparing budgets, tender submissions, and variation estimates that meet business requirements.

In order to excel in this position, you should have excellent analytical skills and be proficient in preparing detailed estimates. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
