Job Title: Senior Executive Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to support our senior executives.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring a high degree of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism. You will be the right-hand person to our CEO and key members of the executive leadership team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritise appointments, and handle confidential information with care.
- Provide support to senior executives, coordinate logistics for meetings and events, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Prepare materials and track follow-ups for meetings, support internal events, and manage logistics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Organise monthly board meetings, compile and distribute board documents, and serve as the main contact for board-related communications.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Executives, preferably including direct support to a CEO.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Calm under pressure, flexible, and solutions-oriented.
