Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Assistant to provide support in retail and store operations.

  • Facilitate warehouse operations and the movement of stock between stores and warehouse storage.
  • Clean and prepare goods for sale ready to go to stores.
  • Greet and thank donors and customers for their donations at the drop off point and assist with bringing donations from their car to the drop off point.
  • Assist with balancing the cash registers at the end of the day.
  • Supervise volunteers in a courteous environment that fosters a productive experience for customers and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A certificate in Logistics or Business is desirable.
  • An understanding of the value of second-hand goods with a wide knowledge of brands and goods.
  • Experience in a retail and/or customer service environment with some supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police check.
  • A valid QLD Driver's license.
