About the Role:

This is a key position that plays a crucial role in coordinating and controlling the purchasing of goods, services, and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the supply chain process and possess experience with inventory management, including three-way matching via purchase orders and good receipting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control the purchasing of goods, services, and equipment to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Direct and coordinate the efficient receiving, storage, and issuing of general and medical supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain all administrative and clerical requirements of the role.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the supply chain process.
  • Demonstrated experience with inventory management, including three-way matching via purchase orders and good receipting.
  • Proactive approach to problem identification and rectification.
  • Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge and respect for workplace health and safety issues, particularly manual handling.
