Receiving and Processing Supervisor

This is a key role within our organization where you will be responsible for facilitating the complete processing of incoming donations and new retail stock. You will coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient movement of stock and provide excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a certificate in logistics or business, experience in retail and/or customer service environments, and some supervisory experience. A current QLD Driver's licence is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating back-of-store operations and the movement of stock to customers, between stores, and to warehouse for storage.
  • Coordinating with other teams to identify items that will maximise sales and move that stock to the identified store.
  • Ensuring goods are cleaned, priced, and prepared for sale.
  • Greeting and thanking donors and customers kindly for their donations at drop off points and assisting with bringing donations from their car to the drop off point.
  • Supervising volunteers in a courteous environment that fosters a productive experience for customers and staff.
