Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and highly motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the studio, including class scheduling, instructor management, and customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for members, including cleaning equipment, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
  • Support instructors by preparing classes, setting up equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required; associate's degree with equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
