Job Title:

Senior Development Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Development Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple luxury residential apartment projects. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with our Managing Director to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic plans for developments and drive successful project outcomes
  • Implement cost-efficient strategies under the guidance of our Managing Director
  • Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
  • Coordinate and manage development applications through local authorities

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Estate Master is an asset)
  • Proven expertise in residential apartments development
  • Strong problem-solving skills, planning capabilities, and analytical acumen
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
