Job Title: Customer Operations Expert

About our organization, a specialist lender, supports Australian medical professionals. We are seeking a customer-focused operations professional to contribute to the establishment and ongoing success of a high-performing lending operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage documentation and settlement of secured asset finance and commercial loans, including fit-out loans.
  • Instruct and liaise with solicitors on loan documentation and settlement of commercial property and goodwill loans.
  • Perform quality control on in-house prepared documents before release to clients.
  • E nsure all settlement conditions and requirements, including AML/KYC, are met prior to loan settlement and disbursement of funds.
  • Register security on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) as required.
  • Handle ongoing loan servicing duties such as processing drawdowns, collecting repayments, generating statements, discharges, and variations.
  • Collaborate with frontline lending staff to ensure high levels of client service and compliance.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new product builds, fixes, and platform enhancements.
  • Engage in project work related to operations with opportunities to expand responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the design and development of an operational capability to support the launch and growth of lending products and channels.
