Customer Service Operations Manager

This role is focused on providing technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies and contributing to the growth of our operations team.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in contact center operations, ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with various contact center solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies
- Contribute to the growth and development of our operations team
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years contact center experience
- In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management)
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience on any Contact Centre solutions/applications
- Experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation
- Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing, AWS and cloud technologies
