Senior Contact Center Specialist Job Description

This role is focused on providing technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies and contributing to the growth of our operations team.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in contact center operations, ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with various contact center solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years contact center experience
  • In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management)
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience on any Contact Centre solutions/applications
  • Experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation
  • Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing, AWS and cloud technologies
