About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Activation Manager to join our team at Purina. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Led by the Head of Market Development Organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing activation plans across Grocery and Pet Specialty channels.
  • You will establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative partnership that drives business results.
  • Effective management of activation spend and tracking financials in line with business requirements.
  • Leverage your leadership skills to manage a team of three direct reports, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree qualified with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG Sales and/or Marketing or Agency.
  • Operational and/or Field experience is considered a bonus, especially if you have an understanding of the industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An eye for detail and strong financial tracking skills.
