We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Designer to join our team at Colliers. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and delivery of land development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review sketches, drawings and engineering data received from external consultants, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes.
  • Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning and design documents for urban development projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations.

Requirements:

  • High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards.
  • Proven project design delivery experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level industry awareness and engagement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications. Use of 12d, ACAD, 12d drainage, PC Drain.
  • Experience in preparation of concept and detailed designs for land development projects.
