About the Role:

As a key member of the Rebel team, you will play a crucial role in executing the ecommerce trading and merchandising aspects of our Omni Digital strategy. Your primary objective will be to drive conversion, sales, margin, and customer satisfaction for the Rebel brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online category strategies and value propositions, working closely with merch teams to review performance.
  • Provide support in reporting and analysis of category, customer, product, and geographical performance.
  • Analyse data and identify opportunities to enhance conversion and category performance, working closely with the team to implement changes.
  • Review the effectiveness of content assets and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Ensure the presentation of our websites is executed in line with brand style guides.
  • Work closely with the team to execute personalised experiences for customers using personalisation and segmentation capabilities.
  • Deliver on the agreed category and product taxonomy for site navigation, as agreed with the ecommerce trading and merchandising manager.

About You:

  • You will have demonstrated experience in a similar ecommerce specialist role, with strong experience with digital practices, including traffic analysis and business reporting.
  • You will have knowledge and experience with ecommerce platforms within a retail environment.
  • You will have a strong skillset and experience in Google Analytics, MS Excel, and other applicable ecommerce tools.
  • You will have a high degree of verbal and written communication ability.
  • Base coding skills in languages such as HTML, CSS are an advantage.
