About the Role:
We are seeking an Ecommerce Trading Specialist to support the team in executing the eCommerce trading & merchandising aspects of the Omni Digital strategy to drive conversion, sales, margin and customer satisfaction for the rebel brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online category strategies and value propositions to drive conversion and sales.
- Provide support in reporting and analysis of category, customer, product and geographical performance.
- Support the team in analysing data and identifying opportunities to enhance conversion and category performance.
- Review effectiveness of content assets and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Ensure presentation of websites are executed in line with brand style guides.
- Work closely with aligned team to execute personalised experiences for customers using personalisation and segmentation capabilities.
- Deliver on the agreed category and product taxonomy for site navigation as agreed with eCommerce Trading & Merchandising Manager.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar eCommerce Specialist role, with strong experience with digital practices including traffic analysis and business reporting.
- Knowledge, experience with eCommerce platforms within a retail environment.
- Strong skillset and experience in Google Analytics, MS Excel & other applicable eCommerce tools.
- High degree of verbal and written communication ability.
- Base coding skills in languages such as HTML, CSS is an advantage.
