Program Coordinator Opportunity

Lead the charge in crafting experiences that children and parents trust. As a key player in our program planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating unforgettable incursions and excursions.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in event coordination, supporting every stage of the planning cycle to deliver seamless, show-stopping events and experiences.

Become the local subject matter expert, shaping and delivering strategic program roadmaps infused with fun and adventure.

Responsibilities
  • Create and design unforgettable excursions that spark curiosity, joy, and childhood memories.
  • Work to engage and coordinate local sports and entertainment providers to operate onsite incursions.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to support delivery of innovative and fun children's craft take home activities that will delight parents.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience within an events or marketing role
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated ability to source and negotiate with suppliers
  • Strong data analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills
  • A degree in business, events or marketing is advantageous
