Scheduling Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage high-performing teams to drive efficient scheduling processes.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture and customer-centric approach.
  • Develop and review operational plans, policies, and procedures to optimize timetabling operations.
  • Manage competing priorities across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead teams and establish effective networking relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in student administration services; or significant management expertise and proven operational skills in related fields.

A strong understanding of enterprise student management systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and technical requirements for timetabling software is essential.

Strong analytical skills are required to develop and implement effective solutions that provide practical, economical, strategic, and long-term benefits.
