Are you a seasoned change management professional with a passion for digital transformation?

We are looking for an expert to join our team and help deliver a major project for the defence sector. As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing change management plans that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformations.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to ensure employees have the skills they need to adapt to changing technologies.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build trust and buy-in.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital transformation.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement. You will be able to demonstrate your expertise through your portfolio or previous projects.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, so strong organisational and time management skills are essential. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a dynamic team and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
