Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

This is a pivotal role in shaping the University's digital future. The Digital Transformation Leader will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and projects that enable the successful delivery of the University's Digital Plan.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with extensive experience in complex, culturally diverse environments. They will possess a strong understanding of digital strategy and the ability to lead a portfolio of teams delivering core functional capabilities that support the University in achieving its goals.

The role requires a leader who can:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of teams delivering core functional capabilities.
  • Establish and oversee chapters to ensure access to contemporary skills and thought leadership.
  • Mature portfolio-level processes for digital activities across the University.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic leadership in commercial and financial management.
