Overview

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Senior Cook to join our Catering Services team.

This permanent part-time position offers 32 hours of work per week, with opportunities for flexible rostering and career advancement.

As a Senior Cook, you will oversee the production and distribution of food, ensuring that meals meet high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the Dietitian to develop menu selections and special diet cooking options, meeting specific nutritional requirements for patients.

You will also train and supervise less experienced staff members, providing guidance on meal preparation and presentation.
