Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Culinary Professional to join our team in Eudunda and Kapunda. As a senior member of our catering team, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, distribution, and quality control. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs.
Responsibilities- Oversight of food production and distribution processes
- Maintenance of quality control standards
- Leadership and guidance of catering staff
- Development of menu selections and ordering of non-imprest food supplies
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Trade qualifications or trade equivalent skills as a Cook
- Previous experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals and meeting dietary requirements
- A flexible approach to work and rostering systems
- The ability to work well within a team environment and relate to all levels of staff
This position offers a competitive salary package, including:
- An annual salary range of $59,104 - $61,020 per annum (pro rata)
- Salary sacrifice benefits
- Employer superannuation contributions
- Leave loading
